HOW IT WORKS

The Toronto Professional Inc. Silent and Live Auction team arrives at your event location several hours in advance of your guests for venue set up. We set up a display that showcases all items and merchandise attractively to the event guests. Each item is accompanied with a professional bid sheet branded to your organiztion with the respective logo.


Here's a full list of items that we include at the event:
  • Clipboards
  • Pens
  • Customized Bid Sheets
  • Payments, Salient and Live Auction Signs
  • Certificates of Authenticity for related merchandise
  • All Cash Out items( Wireless Credit and Debit Machines, Calculators, Receipt Books, Credit Card Imprint)
  • Easels and Display Cases

When the event begins, your guests will browse the auction items and place their bid on the bid sheet. We process the transactions for all winning bids and provide you with a check that covers the difference between the minimum bid and winning bid at the end of the night.
